The Vintage Military style Bonklip watch bracelet is inspired by the designs of Gay Freres and JB Champion watch bracelets. It was launched in England in the late 1920s and is celebrated for its unique ladder-style design and remarkable adjustability, accommodating a variety of wrist sizes. Its lightweight and breathable nature contributed to its popularity among British Royal Air Force pilots during the 1940s and 1950s.
Bonklip-style bracelets were frequently included with military watches like the one we have in our picture, Leonidas Chronograph CP-2 for the Italian Army helicopters Pilot Force. The watch is not included.
